Walking across a small provencal village's busy market, there is no vegetable featured as often or in as many varieties as olives. Green, black, or red? Pickled with garlic, lemon, or thyme? Stuffed with almond or piemont peppers? If you can imagine it, the vendors probably have it.
Material:
I use 4ply Merino wool for all my yarns. It features very fine fibers of 19.5 microns, so it feels gentle and soft. The 4ply - meaning four individual strands are spun together - and superwash makes it strong and durable.
A very versatile yarn that is suitable for a wide range of knitted, crochet, or woven item; such as shawls, sweaters, hats, mittens, blankets, or baby clothes.
Hand-wash the yarn in cold water and lie flat to dry.
